At our last round of lunches in August one of our members suggested that a good topic would be bullying.
So for this month that will be our theme. What are your Big Ideas about bullying?
What insights do you have from your experience as a leader? As a person who has bullied others? Or been bullied? What can be done to stop bullying? Can it be replaced by other more productive behaviours? What is the leader's responsibility in the face of bullying amongst followers?
Join us on either 26th September.
The usual arrangements apply:
12.15 gather in the second floor bar area of The Brisbane Club, 241 Adelaide St
12.30-2.15pm Lunch and stimulating conversation "in the round" at a table of max 10.
